We specialize in general contracting, exterior restoration, waterproofing, concrete and stucco repair, commercial and high-rise painting, and window/door replacement for HOA communities, condominium associations, and commercial properties across Southwest Florida. With 500+ satisfied clients and 3,000+ completed projects, we're known for honest work, consistent timelines, and professional project management. We're growing and looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor/Foreman to lead crews in the field and help us keep delivering that standard. Job Summary McLeod's is hiring a hands-on Construction Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily field operations on general contracting, exterior restoration, painting, stucco, waterproofing, and concrete projects throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties. This role is the critical link between the office and the job site, managing a crew of 10-20 employees, coordinating schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for property managers, HOA boards, and clients during active projects. This position reports to the Operations Manager and Project Managers. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a field crew of 10-20 employees and subcontractors across active job sites Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution Schedule labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects on time and on budget Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols on every site; conduct toe-box/safety talks as needed Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets McLeod's craftsmanship standards Serve as the on-site point of contact for property managers, CAMs, HOA boards, and clients Prepare material list for project and prepare change orders. Communicate project status, delays, and issues to the project manager/office daily Train, mentor, and manage performance of crew members; assist with hiring field staff as needed Track daily job progress, labor hours, and materials usage; submit accurate field reports Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory standards Troubleshoot field issues and make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role in construction, exterior restoration, painting, stucco, waterproofing, or a related trade (confirm — flagged assumption below) Working knowledge of exterior restoration methods: waterproofing, stucco/concrete repair, coatings, or painting systems Ability to read blueprints, specs, and scopes of work Strong leadership and crew management skills; comfortable directing multiple trades on-site Excellent communication skills, able to represent McLeod's professionally with clients, HOA boards, and property managers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation to job sites OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Basic computer/smartphone proficiency for daily reporting and scheduling tools Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening Some Saturdays are required. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work at heights Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling on active job sites Reliable, punctual attendance required across multiple job sites in the service area
