New Construction Plumbers/Residential Supervisors Qualifications:

Valid Florida driver's license with a 3-year clean driving record. Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently. Good communication skills. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screening. Expert plumbing knowledge Management experience Ability to relate well with employees Superior customer interaction Effective communicator Professional demeanor Duties will include, but not be limited to, personnel management, quality assurance, and customer interaction.

Specific Qualifications:

Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed on active residential construction sites in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and uneven terrain. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and crawl for extended periods; safely operate tools and equipment; and work in confined spaces, on ladders, or at varying heights as needed.
