Your Role With Us:

As Installation Team Lead, you'll serve as a hands-on expert who can manage one to two crews, lead by example on job sites, and ensure every installation meets our quality, safety, and efficiency benchmarks.

This is a pivotal hire:

the right candidate will bring enough experience, skill, and leadership to take ownership of installation operations and continuously raise the bar for performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee one or two installation crews for fixed and motorized screen and awning projects. Manage project schedules, materials, and quality control to ensure on-time and precise installations. Serve as the primary contact on-site for homeowners, ensuring professionalism and communication throughout the project. Train and mentor junior installers, modeling best practices for craftsmanship, safety, and customer service. Identify and troubleshoot installation issues proactively to maintain project integrity and customer satisfaction. Perform hands-on installations as needed — this is a working leadership role. Provide feedback to management on staffing, workflow, and opportunities for process improvement. Success in this role will be measured by:

Ability to complete jobs on schedule without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of installation experience in motorized or retractable screens, awnings, or related trades (doors, shades, outdoor enclosures). Proven experience leading or managing installation crews. Strong mechanical aptitude and mastery of power/hand tools. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
