Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise electrical crews on overnight projects in the Orlando area. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial or industrial electrical experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects moving safely and efficiently during night operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily work activities Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment Assign tasks and monitor crew productivity Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance Enforce OSHA and company safety procedures Complete daily reports, material requests, and other required documentation Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or Senior Electrician Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and troubleshooting Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints Experience supervising electrical crews Knowledge of NEC requirements and jobsite safety Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work overnight shifts consistently Valid driver's license preferred Electrical license or relevant certifications preferred Compensation & Benefits $30-$35/hour , based on experience Full-time, overnight schedule Opportunities for overtime Steady work in the Orlando area Advancement opportunities Benefits may be available depending on employer Trade Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
