Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Project Foreman / Manager to lead and oversee plumbing projects with other management Team members from inception to completion. This role involves managing plumbing teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring adherence to building codes, and delivering high-quality plumbing solutions for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in the construction plumbing industry. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing teams on various construction sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to project specifications Manage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, coordinating schedules, resources, and materials to meet deadlines Interpret construction plans, schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints to guide installation and repair processes Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards Oversee plumbing system maintenance and repair activities for residential and commercial properties Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety practices, and adherence to project plans Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and project execution Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in residential and commercial projects Extensive knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building regulations, and code compliance standards Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, and understanding technical drawings Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting methods Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, domestic water systems, pipe assembly, and system maintenance Experience managing plumbing teams with excellent leadership and team supervision skills Ability to perform construction estimating and manage project budgets effectively Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Valid driver's license with commercial driving certification preferred; experience operating construction vehicles is a plus Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry or handyman experience is advantageous Join us as we build reliable plumbing solutions that stand the test of time!
