Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, hard-working and detail-oriented Pipe Crew Foreman to lead and manage sitework and the installation of underground utilities on construction sites. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating project schedules, and supervising crew members to deliver high-quality pipeline projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive experience in pipeline and heavy civil construction, and a proactive leadership style that motivates teams to excel. Responsibilities Lead and supervise pipe crew teams on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate construction schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans related to pipeline projects to guide crew activities accurately. Manage daily site operations including safety inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting. Requirements Proven experience managing heavy civil or pipeline construction projects with a focus on safety and quality assurance. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints related to pipeline installation. Demonstrated skills in project scheduling and managing construction timelines effectively. Lead diverse crews in a fast-paced construction environment. Excellent communication skills for managing teams and coordinating with project managers. Construction site experience in commercial projects involving pipelines or heavy civil infrastructure is highly desirable.
