Duties Supervise and manage electrical crews on residential construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide installation processes Coordinate construction schedules and ensure timely project progression using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels and timely delivery Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all job sites Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, contract review (including Contracts and Prolog), and project documentation to ensure seamless communication and project execution Lead team meetings, manage crew assignments, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical systems and ensure all work meets industry standards for quality Skills Extensive experience in residential electrical installation with a strong understanding of construction site operations Proven supervisory experience managing teams in a construction management role within the residential sector Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting complex electrical schematic Knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA regulations and federal safety standards Ability to coordinate construction schedules effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills for managing teams, coordinating with clients or contractors, and ensuring clear documentation of work progress Skilled in budgeting processes related to labor, materials, and equipment procurement for residential projects Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as Ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems accurately Understanding of construction regulations applicable to residential projects including blueprint review and quality control measures Join our team as a Lead Residential Electrician/Foreman where your leadership will directly impact the success of our projects.
