Lead Diverse, Impactful Projects:
oversee a variety of projects, from excavation and grading to heavy civil construction and utility support, and get the chance to expand your leadership skills, manage complex teams, and take ownership of projects that have a tangible impact on communities and infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In-state t ravel up to 100% of the time throughout the week . Supervise and coordinate daily operations of field crews across excavation, grading, heavy civil, utility support. Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications and quality standards. Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and provide guidance and training to team members. Communicate daily with project managers and office staff regarding project progress, issues, and resource needs. Inspect equipment and materials to ensure proper usage and maintenance, reporting any issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies on job sites. Assist in planning and organizing workflow, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily reports, timecards, and incident records. Resolve on-site issues efficiently while keeping management informed of any delays or challenges. Mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. About the
