Job Summary Join our team as a Painting Helper and/or Foreman, with potential to grow in position. we have painting projects across residential and commercial job sites. Positions include preparation, coating, and finishing work. Pay depends on experience. Duties Assist with construction site preparation, including surface cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Operate hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless spray systems), and conventional spray equipment for various painting applications. Lead or support the application of paint using brushes, rollers, or spray methods on residential, commercial, or industrial surfaces. Support the foreman in supervising crew members, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. Proven experience in construction painting including residential, commercial, or industrial environments Helps but not necessary. Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as sanding, caulking, priming, and masonry work. Familiarity with various painting methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (airless and conventional), and coating application. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment such as ladders safely and effectively. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to construction painting including respiratory protection protocols. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to lead or assist as part of a collaborative crew environment. We do jobs all over the treasure valley and you must have transportation to job site. Must be able to pass drug test.
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
