Architectural & Misc. Steel Erection/Installation Foreman

Intermountain Erectors, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural & Miscellaneous Steel Erection Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is a true self-starter, takes ownership of projects, and can lead crews efficiently in the field with minimal supervision. This position will oversee the installation of: Stairs Handrail & guardrail systems Ornamental and decorative metals Miscellaneous steel Structural steel components Ladders, canopies, and custom fabricated items Responsibilities Supervise and lead field installation crews Coordinate day-to-day field operations and manpower Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and customers Identify and solve field issues proactively Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company safety standards Ensure installations are completed according to schedule and specifications Qualifications Previous experience in architectural and miscellaneous steel erection/installation Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Must be dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity Valid driver's license required Welding and equipment operation experience is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is a self-starter who does not need constant direction Leads by example Takes pride in quality workmanship Understands accountability and urgency Works well with crews, contractors, and management Is solution-oriented and dependable Reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay DOE Health benefits - Employee premium paid by employer Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Long-term employment with a growing company Truck allowance 401(k) Company contributions without requiring employee contributions $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over a 6-month period If you are an experienced foreman looking for an opportunity with a strong and growing steel erection company, we encourage you to apply.
