We are interested in having you join our team! What You'll Do Here Our Electrical Foremen are the critical leaders on our jobsites. You will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex electrical systems on both commercial and residential projects. You will lead teams, manage jobsite logistics, enforce OSHA safety, and ensure project milestones are met. What We Need from You To be successful in this role, the following are needed: Minimum 2 years Electrical Foreman-level experience required. Expert knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) for both commercial and residential applications. Current Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent) and a valid Driver's License. Advanced proficiency in using standard industry tools, equipment, and installation methods. Proven ability to read, interpret, and coordinate from commercial and residential blueprints, schematic drawings, and specification manuals to ensure accurate execution in the field. Excellent communication skills to direct crews, coordinate smoothly with homeowners, general contractors, other trades, project managers, and inspectors. Commitment to maintaining accurate, complete, and legible records of work performed including daily logs, as-builts, and RFI's. Lead jobsite safety efforts, conduct toolbox talks, identify hazards, and enforce safe work practices. Adherence to company and OSHA safety requirements, including proactive reporting and correction of safety concerns. Observant and thorough approach to work. Physically fit with the ability to lift to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods. Mentor apprentices and journeymen to raise team's skill level and quality of work. Coordinate daily crew activities, track progress, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification. What We Give You Our employees are the backbone of our company!
