Role:
Need an Industrial Electrical Foreman. Person who can be onsite managing field personnel to ensure jobs are being completed in a timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE
= Apply for the job, we have a good group who have been with us and need a foreman to help run current and upcoming jobsites. The Foreman will lead a team of up to (3) apprentices and or a group of up to (10) electricians to plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment and maximize productivity.
Daily Tasks:
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects in industrial settings. Manage electricians and apprentices. Keep clean jobsite Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used. Communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices. Effective communication skills with clients and team members. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
