Foreman / Future SuperintendentForeman to join our growing commercial excavation team.

We specialize in commercial site development, underground utilities, grading, and excavation projects.

We are looking for a leader who can run a crew, manage daily production, and grow into a futureSuperintendent role as our company continues to expand.

Responsibilities:
Lead dirt and pipe crewsManage daily jobsite production and manpowerOversee water, sewer, and storm installationRead plans and understand elevations/gradesMaintain safe, efficient, quality work
Qualifications:
Excavation/utility foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of grading, underground utilities, and site workAbility to lead a crew and solve problems in the fieldGPS machine control experience is a plus (Trimble earthworks)We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be a key part of a growing company - not just another employee.
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
