Job Summary:

As a Plant Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's mechanical and HVAC systems, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Conduct regular checks on mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, and motors Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems Collaborate with facility staff to ensure prompt resolution of facility-related issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Perform other duties as assigned by the

Plant Operations Manager Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems preferred 1-2 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or a related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
