Job Description

Overview As a Civil Foreman, you will lead a small team through the construction, installation, and maintenance of cell towers, small cells, and wireless infrastructure. This includes but not limited to rawland builds (access roads, Hframes, utilities, tower foundations, ground rings) and carrier work (concrete pads, ice bridges, conduit, generators, cabinets, foundations, etc.). You will interact daily with customers and subcontractors, complete required paperwork, and communicate progress and issues to the Construction Manager. You will also train, guide, and supervise your crew to maximize safety, productivity, and quality while managing costs and timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all assigned civil construction projects Perform daily safety and quality inspections Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Document daily work with photos and closeout details Review drawings and communicate job goals to crew Report scope deviations and propose solutions Plan tasks to meet deadlines and production goals Contact NOC/tower owners when entering/leaving sites Safely operate and train crew on all tools/equipment Verify materials and schedule inspections Coordinate progress with subcontractors and owners Track job progress and report to Construction Manager Oversee crew time reporting and job coding Lift 50-75 lbs and work in all weather conditions Work occasional weekends/overtime Technical Requirements Experience with AC/DC power circuits, wiring cabinets/panels, meter bases, and battery installs Ability to install/test fiber jumpers and ethernet cables Grounding, terminations, bolting, cadwelding, labeling per carrier specs Ability to read drawings, piping diagrams, job specs, and testing procedures Experience with site layout, excavation, foundations/slabs, tower assembly, trenching/conduit, ice bridge, Hframes, fencing, aggregate roads, and cabinet placement Ability to operate skid steers, miniexcavators, dozers, and similar equipment Qualifications 3-5 years civil/telecom construction experience preferred Civil Foreman experience strongly preferred Journeyman Electrician certification ideal but not required CDL/Operator's License preferred Concrete, rebar, precast, trenching, conduit, and utility experience Electrical background (AC/DC) a plus High School Diploma/GED required Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass drug screen, background check, physical capacity profile, and DOT inspection OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Rigging (company provides required training) Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality Requirements Updated resume with construction experience Ability to perform general construction duties (lifting, digging, site layout, cleanup) 100% safetyminded Must pass 7year criminal background check and 3year MVR check Must pass drug screen Willingness to travel Monday-Friday and some weekends
