Full Job Description Description:

We are building a high-performance shop and looking for a Lead Technician who can produce at a high level while helping improve shop efficiency, workflow, and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll still be turning wrenches while helping guide shop operations.

What You'll Do:

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs Help prioritize workflow and keep jobs moving Support and mentor other technicians Maintain high production and quality standards Assist with estimates, customer communication, and job oversight Provide light front-end support including invoicing, customer updates, and shop coordination as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong diesel diagnostic experience Leadership mindset (not just a solo tech) High productivity and accountability Strong communication skills

Compensation:

$1,250+/week base Production bonuses Shop performance bonuses $90k-$120k+ potential
