The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood framing of apartments and possess the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining project schedules. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Review blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. Train and mentor team members on best practices in wood framing techniques and safety protocols. Maintain clear communication with superintendent regarding timelines, progress, and any potential delays. Qualifications Proven experience in multifamily wood framing or a similar supervisory role within the industry. Strong knowledge of wood framing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
