You will supervise pipefitters and subcontractors, plan daily work, and ensure all piping activities meet Messer's high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include reading drawings and isometrics, coordinating with other trades, managing materials and tools, enforcing safety protocols, documenting progress, and mentoring crew members. Responsibilities Lead and supervise piping crews on commercial and industrial projects Plan, schedule, and sequence daily piping activities to meet project milestones Interpret blueprints, isometrics, and specifications for piping layout and installation Coordinate work with other trades, general contractor, and project management Enforce Messer's safety standards and OSHA regulations on the jobsite Inspect piping work for quality, code compliance, and specification adherence Manage material takeoffs, deliveries, and tool/equipment needs Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, and production documentation Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and promote safety culture Assist with problem-solving, field changes, and punch list completion Required Skills Piping system installation Blueprint and isometric reading Crew supervision Construction site safety management Material takeoff and ordering Rigging and pipe supports Quality control/inspection Scheduling and sequencing work Coordination with trades and GCs Use of construction technology (tablets, BIM models)
