Flexforce Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial electrical construction projects. The Foreman will oversee daily work, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and maintain safe, code-compliant installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects Assign daily tasks and guide apprentices Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans Oversee electrical installations and repairs Ensure work meets company standards and NEC/local codes Monitor job progress, schedules, and materials Communicate project updates and issues to leadership Maintain accurate job documentation Enforce safe work practices on the jobsite

Requirements:

5+ years of electrical construction experience 3+ years of supervisory/Foreman experience Commercial electrical experience required Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and codes Ability to read blueprints Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High school diploma/GED or equivalent Ability to work outdoors and in a construction environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work extended hours on jobsites and operate hand tools, small machinery, and electrical equipment.#IND123
