We are seeking talented Installer candidates to be responsible for installation of millwork as instructed by Install Foreman, with minimal punch list items for our Millshop in the New Orleans area . Install millwork items as instructed by Install Foreman or Sr. Install Foreman Check all tools regularly to make sure they are safe and in good working condition Order from Shop Foreman any supplies needed Address with the Install Foreman and Sr. Install Foreman any field issues causing us to do additional work. Make sure to work safely and follow all WDB safety procedures and regulations Install millwork with minimal punch-list itemsQualifications and Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license Must have experience installing cabinets and trim with minimal punch-list items Strong installation skills Have the internal motivation to work extended hours when required Have the proper hand tools to do a professional job Ability to motivate, delegate, and hold people accountable. Have the desire to be productive during the workday Physical Requirements Operates a motor vehicle Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects between 26 and 50 pounds Exposed to constant or intermittent sounds at a level sufficient to cause hearing loss or fatigue Must be able to hear instructions, conversations, etc. Exposure to high or low temperatures Exposed to workplace hazards or potential injuries Exposed to dust, fumes, vapors, or mists Ascends and descends ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles Ability to travel to off-site locations in a timely and efficient manner Must be able to walk on uneven terrain Must be able to squat, kneel, stoop, bend, and crawl in uncomfortable spaces Must have good upper extremity functions to include functional grip strength and finger dexterity Must have good lower extremity functions to include coordination and balance Must have functional vision to include close and far distance viewing. In addition, may require color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Must be able to read corporate policies, e-mails, and other materials Ability to work outside of regular business hours as requiredBENEFITS
