About the

Role:

KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead our crew in Barstow, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive projects forward, ensure quality workmanship, and keep your team safe and on schedule. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct electrical crew members on commercial, residential, or industrial job sites Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide daily work Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to ensure timely project completion Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of work Manage material inventory, tool allocation, and equipment on the job site Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation

Requirements:

Valid Texas Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license required 5+ years of electrical experience with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or supervisory role Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
