We're hiring an experienced Commercial Painting Foreman to run field crews on commercial projects throughout New England. You'll drive productivity, hold the line on quality and safety, and make sure every job reflects the standard we're known for. Pay & Benefits $30-$45/hour based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Company gas card Year-round, steady work with established clients Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match Career advancement and growth opportunities Backed by an experienced leadership team What You'll Do Lead on-site crews, keeping productivity, quality, and safety on track Plan daily field activities and prep crews using project plans, schedules, and specs Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, materials, schedule, and site conditions Train and mentor painters and junior crew members Flag challenges, delays, or resource needs before they become problems Represent the company professionally with clients, GCs, and project partners What You Bring 3+ years of commercial painting experience, including 1-2 years as a Foreman or lead Track record leading crews and running day-to-day jobsite operations Strong knowledge of commercial painting methods, materials, and coatings Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills English fluency required; Spanish fluency a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Details Jobsites throughout
MA, RI, NH, & CT
Typical crew size: 5-15

[M-F, 8 hours daily, OT availability]
