Description:

The Crew Leader is responsible for providing Walpole Outdoors' clients with a quality installation and an excellent customer experience. They are to be professional, a good communicator, and work with a sense of urgency. Job Duties Communicate project details and installation process to customers. These details include daily start and end times, estimated completion date, payment terms, etc. Provide quality installation and service of Walpole products Manage the installation crew with a positive attitude and clear directions Problem solve and carry out solutions to issues that are equitable to the customer and Walpole Outdoors Maintain vehicle and equipment

Requirements:

Installation and construction capabilities Excellent Communication Skills with a customer focus • Reliable/Can-do attitude and positive outlook • High level of integrity and trustworthiness Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings Proficiency in the use of light construction equipment and hand tools as well as the ability to navigate a tablet device
