What You'll Do As a Residential Solar Electrical Foreman, you'll play a vital role in leading our solar installation projects. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is excited about traveling to new locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a team to successfully complete residential solar installations. Ensuring all work meets safety regulations and quality standards. Traveling to project sites in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania (including Virginia Beach and other locations). Staying organized and maintaining project timelines while on the road. Managing materials, tools, and equipment for each project. Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution. What We're Looking For We're searching for a motivated, experienced professional who's ready to take charge. To succeed in this role, you'll need: A valid journeyman electrician license. At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field. A van or truck for transportation. The ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A willingness to travel and stay in hotels as needed.
