AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Screen visitors, packages, deliveries, and/or authorized items in accordance with established access-control procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate check-in locations. Monitor entry points and visitor activity, maintain accurate logs and records, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
