Reconstruction Foreman
  • Restoration Industry Full-Time | 7:30am
  • 4:00pm $27

depending on experience Join a Team That Restores More Than Property! At Royal Renovations , we help families and businesses recover after water, fire, storm, and other property losses. The Reconstruction Foreman leads and performs residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, storm, mold, and other property damage. This position directs field production, coordinates crews and trade partners, maintains jobsite safety and quality, and supports the timely and efficient completion of projects. The Foreman serves as the primary field leader on assigned projects and is responsible for coordinating daily activities, materials, equipment, and personnel while maintaining professional customer service and communication with the Project Manager. Key Responsibilities The Key Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Lead daily reconstruction activities and coordinate employees, subcontractors, and trade partners. Assign work and ensure projects meet approved scopes, schedules, quality standards, and production goals. Perform and oversee residential and commercial reconstruction, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, and general carpentry. Inspect work, correct deficiencies, complete punch-list items, and assist with final walkthroughs. Communicate project progress, delays, concerns, and resource needs to the Project Manager. Maintain professional customer communication and promptly escalate concerns or issues. Maintain accurate daily documentation, including labor, materials, photos, progress, and job notes, using company-approved software. Enforce company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and PPE standards while maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites. Properly operate, maintain, and secure company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials. Assist other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum (3) years of residential or commercial construction experience. Previous experience leading construction crews or serving as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman preferred. Restoration and insurance reconstruction experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of restoration processes including water, fire, and mold remediation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience working with insurance claims and restoration software is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Experience with DASH, Xactimate, DocuSketch. Ability to pass a background check. What You'll Bring A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality. Strong attention to detail. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work overhead for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier items requiring assistance or appropriate equipment. Operate hand and power tools, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, vehicles, and other construction equipment. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and in environments involving water, fire, smoke, mold, dust, debris, or construction activities while using required PPE.
