Job Description

Lead Foreman needed to be our measure twice and cut once commercial construction rock star. Are you the rock star everyone depends on? In our commercial construction team we both manage sub-contractors and self-performing crews. If you know a variety of trade skills and strive to make each project better than the last, Heirloom Construction has a place for you on our commercial construction team. Every project at Heirloom has a clear scope-of-work so you can focus on delivering the task at hand. We're patient, have a discerning eye for quality and need a rock star to lead a team of hungry apprentices. Heirloom has several business units. Together we build and take care of the homes and apartments for hundreds of families in our community who depend on our work. We need a belt-on Commercial Foreman that can methodically break down and rebuild anything we throw at them. You'll be responsible for teaching measure-twice-cut-once quality and efficiency as you share your timeless skills working side by side with your eager crew.
