Overview Growing Industrial Contractor Seeking a Leader to Build an Insulation Division An expanding industrial services company is looking for an experienced Industrial Insulation Foreman who is ready to take the next step in their career—not just lead a crew, but help build an insulation team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, developing crews, and creating long-term success rather than simply moving from one project to the next. What You'll Be Doing Build and lead an industrial insulation team. Recruit, train, and mentor insulation personnel. Manage work at ethanol plants and other industrial facilities throughout the Midwest. Plan projects, coordinate manpower, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Help establish standards, procedures, and best practices for a growing division. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience in industrial or mechanical insulation. Proven leadership or foreman experience. The ability to motivate and develop employees. Strong safety and communication skills.
