Job Description

Run design-build crews building patios, retaining walls, walkways, and complete outdoor living spaces for one of the Twin Cities' top design-build firms (Woodbury's "Best Of" 2023 & 2024). This is the seat with the widest ceiling at LNG Landscapes — foreman today, Project Manager tomorrow.

WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS JOB

$30-$50/hr, overtime eligible, plus a twice-yearly performance bonus up to 10% of your pay (~$5,000/yr) 3-10% annual raises plus merit increases as you hit benchmarks We pay for your certifications — CMHA paver & retaining-wall installer, CDL, OSHA Clear path to Project & Operations Manager, etc Best-in-class equipment, trucks, and tools — provided. We never ask our team to work with second-rate gear.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run a crew of 3-5 — schedule, delegate, and own safety, quality, budget, and paperwork Read plans and drive daily production to hit deadlines and budgets Build hardscapes and landscapes: pavers, walls, walkways, drainage, plantings, sod Operate and maintain skid steers and equipment; run daily inspections Communicate with clients onsite; complete daily reporting in Aspire / QB Workforce Help grow the team — secondary interviews and new-hire orientations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years in landscape construction / hardscaping, including crew-lead or foreman experience Reads plans and runs a jobsite with minimal oversight Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
