Prior foreman experience Must have hands on experience in completing underground utilities Must have proven experience running a utility crew Must be able to read and decipher individual utility plans and composites Proficient with utility standards and requirements Must be able to read, understand, sequence, and schedule all construction activities including: Plan and forecast scheduling Maintain Construction Scheduling Evaluate changes in site conditions Keep records for accurate as-built drawing
