Overview Join our dynamic telecommunications team as a Telecommunications Foreman, where you'll lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical communication infrastructure. As a key leader on-site, you'll coordinate crews, ensure adherence to safety standards, and deliver top-quality telecommunications solutions that keep communities connected and businesses thriving. Your expertise in building aerial and underground systems will drive project success and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise field crews in the installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems including fiber optics Ensure all work complies with federal construction safety regulations and OSHA safety standards while following blueprint specifications accurately. Manage cabling processes. Ensuring proper routing according to project plans. Coordinate with clients and project managers to schedule work efficiently. Requirements Skilled in using hand tools, bucket trucks, and bucket operation for elevated work. Ability to follow detailed blueprint specifications accurately while adhering to safety protocols during all phases of installation or maintenance projects. Pay:

$32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
