Job Description
Job Summary Keystone KC is a growing leader in foundation repair and basement waterproofing solutions in the Kansas City Metro area. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Team Leader to join our production team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, is comfortable managing a small team, and has a strong background in construction, concrete, or foundation repair services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the successful execution of foundation repair and waterproofing projects from start to finish. If you are a reliable, skilled professional who is comfortable operating heavy equipment and leading by example, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities and Duties Lead a small crew (2-3 members) to complete residential and commercial foundation repair and waterproofing projects. Read and interpret work orders to understand project scope and material requirements. Safely operate company vehicles, including a one-ton truck and trailer, to transport the crew, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Install various foundation repair systems, such as helical piers, push piers, wall anchors, and carbon fiber reinforcement. Install interior and exterior waterproofing systems, including drain tile, sump pumps, and vapor barriers. Manage on-site job progress, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for the crew and our clients. Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining the work process and addressing any questions or concerns. Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and ensure adherence to company procedures. Complete daily job logs and project documentation accurately.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, masonry, or a related construction trade.Required:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Required:
Must be confident and proficient in driving a one-ton truck while towing and backing a trailer. Previous experience in a leadership role (Foreman, Crew Lead) is strongly preferred. A self-motivated and disciplined individual who can manage a project with minimal oversight. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unforeseen on-site challenges. Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and kneeling in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
