Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Remodeler to assist with residential remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various areas of residential remodeling, finish carpentry and home repairs. They should possess excellent project coordination abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and scheduling. This role involves assisting project teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. We prioritize trainability to mastery level experience. The candidate does need to have the basic knowledge and construction experience, but we are willing to train the right person. We are a younger small business that is growing rapidly and there is a lot of room for a reliable and trustworthy individual to grow with us.
