We're hiring multiple Electrical Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Memphis, TN. Compensation & Schedule $60 - $70 per hour $166/day per diem paid all 7 days 70+ hours available weekly 6 x 12-hour shifts Day and Night Shift openings $50,000 equity package available upon conversion to permanent employment What You'll Be Doing Lead electrical crews on a large-scale data center construction project Coordinate daily field activities and manpower Install and oversee conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, feeder systems, and power distribution equipment Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications Support startup, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures Maintain production schedules, workmanship quality, and crew performance Qualifications Previous Electrical Foreman experience required State Journeyman Electrician License preferred 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience Strong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systems Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents Medium-voltage experience is a strong plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why This Opportunity? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
