Compensation & Schedule $30-$60/hour based on experience $160/day per diem paid all 7 days Consistent overtime available Travel-based assignment Contract-to-Hire opportunity Potential equity package available upon permanent conversion What You'll Be Doing Install conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, and wire Perform 415V and 480V electrical installations and terminations Install and assist with commissioning switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, and power distribution equipment Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and construction drawings Support startup, testing, and energization activities Follow

NFPA 70E

standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Utilize multimeters, meggers, ammeters, and other electrical testing equipment Support industrial and data center construction projects Qualifications 5+ years of industrial, commercial, or data center electrical construction experience preferred Experience installing conduit, cable tray, wire, and electrical distribution systems Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and construction documents Experience with electrical terminations and power distribution equipment Knowledge of NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout procedures Ability and willingness to travel extensively Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in active construction environments Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus Preferred Experience State Journeyman Electrician License Data center construction experience Medium-voltage experience Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, and grounding installations Why This Opportunity?
