CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Sprinkler Foreman (Southeast) to join our Fire Protection Services Team, supporting projects throughout the Southeast region in Tampa, FL; Coral Springs, FL; Richmond, VA; or Concord, NC. This role offers the opportunity to lead field installation activities, coordinate crews, and drive successful project execution while traveling to diverse job sites across the region. What You'll Do:
Lead the layout, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler piping systems and fire pumps for commercial and industrial buildings
Oversee on-site work crews, ensuring installations comply with NFPA standards, local codes, and customer requirements
Conduct hydrostatic testing to verify system functionality and identify leaks
Perform final inspections with the local, state, and county AHJ's
Serve as a technical expert for the team, interpreting work specifications, fire codes, and training junior team members to ensure consistency in project execution
Maintain positive client relationships and clear communication on project status including relaying potential change orders or service needs
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 7 years of industry experience required
Strong knowledge of the fire protection industry including wet and dry fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, local codes, and best practices
Proven leadership skills with prior experience overseeing field crews
Proficiency in reading and redlining fabrication drawings
Excellent communication skills and a positive customer service attitude
Ability to work independently, adapt to various physical work environments, and lift heavy objects
Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel
OSHA 30 training required or must obtain within 30 days of employment
Sales aptitude a plus

Salary Range:
$35.00 - $40.00 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
