This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of waterproofing systems that protect structures from water intrusion, contributing to the durability and longevity of our projects. The Waterproofing Foreman will coordinate teams, manage materials, and ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently. Duties Lead and supervise waterproofing crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute waterproofing installations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align project timelines and objectives Manage the procurement and proper utilization of materials such as membranes, sealants, primers, and other waterproofing products Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure adherence to safety standards including OSHA regulations Oversee site safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain detailed documentation using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam; prepare reports on progress, issues, and safety compliance Skills Extensive experience in construction site supervision with a focus on waterproofing systems Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, or similar tools Skilled in project scheduling and management using Primavera or equivalent programs Familiarity with contracts management and budgeting processes within construction projects Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Ability to read technical schematics and use testing tools like ohmmeters effectively Knowledge of pipeline systems relevant to waterproofing applications OSHA certification or equivalent safety training; understanding of heavy equipment operation when necessary Excellent management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership Join us as a Waterproofing Foreman where your expertise will directly impact the integrity of our structures!
