This position combines hands-on plumbing leadership with estimating, scheduling, customer communication, project coordination, and office administration. Approximately 75% of the role is spent in the field and 25% in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a plumbing professional who enjoys both technical work and leadership responsibilities. Schedule Monday through Friday Typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Additional time may occasionally be required to support project needs Pay $35.00

Lead and support technicians on job sites. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. • 50%) Prepare estimates, bids, and project proposals.

Coordinate schedules and dispatch field personnel. Communicate with customers regarding project updates and scheduling. Coordinate materials, equipment, and project resources. Review job costs, work orders, and project documentation. Assist with training and mentoring team members. Support operational improvements and business growth initiatives. Qualifications Journeyman Plumber license preferred. Extensive plumbing experience. Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred. Experience with estimating, scheduling, and job coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Computer proficiency. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
