S&R Pools is looking for an experienced construction professional who still enjoys working with tools but is ready to lead people. This is not a desk job and not a project manager position. You'll work alongside your crew while taking ownership of each installation from start to finish. Pool experience is NOT required. We can teach pools. We can't teach leadership, work ethic, and taking responsibility. What You'll Do Lead a crew of 2-4 installers Perform installations alongside your crew Assign work and keep jobs moving efficiently Inspect workmanship throughout the day Solve problems without waiting for the owner Communicate professionally with homeowners Keep trucks organized and ensure jobs are prepared Train and develop newer installers Take ownership of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction If you've successfully led construction crews, we want to talk with you. Requirements 5+ years of construction experience Experience leading crews preferred Valid driver's license Able to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong mechanical aptitude Able to operate power tools safely Pool experience is a plus, but not required.
