Duties Supervise daily construction activities on residential sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, crew members, and suppliers to optimize productivity and maintain a cohesive work environment. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately and ensure proper implementation. Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work for adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes; address issues promptly. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals. Conduct regular site meetings to communicate expectations clearly, resolve issues swiftly, and keep all stakeholders informed of progress. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations while maintaining a safe environment for workers and visitors alike. Skills Strong background in residential construction site management with proven supervisory skills in managing teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction schedules accurately. Skilled in project scheduling techniques including managing construction timelines. Excellent communication skills for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with clients and stakeholders effectively.
