The position is available immediately. Pay and schedule $20 per hour. Classes run Monday through Thursday, 4:00-6:30 p.m. We are looking for a consistent Monday/Wednesday schedule, Tuesday/Thursday schedule, or all four days. That is 5 or 10 class hours per week, depending on the agreed schedule. What you will do Work alongside the lead instructor and stay actively involved throughout each class. Give children clear, audible coaching, useful corrections, and positive encouragement. Proactively notice who needs help and make the next coaching contact. Help children stay focused, participate safely, and build confidence. Be friendly and welcoming with children, parents, and teammates. Who we are looking for Someone who enjoys working with children and brings energy, initiative, and reliable follow-through. Experience coaching children in any sport is especially valuable and is preferred over martial arts experience alone. Martial arts experience is a plus, but it is not required. Clear communication, a willingness to learn, and dependable availability for an agreed schedule. This is an active coaching role: you will be correcting, encouraging, and engaging with children throughout class.
