We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, code compliance, and delivering exceptional results for our clients in Southern Nevada. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead our teams on custom home builds and remodel projects. This is a key leadership role in our expanding residential division. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor residential electrical crews on site Ensure compliance with all NEC codes, local amendments, safety protocols, and quality standards Manage project timelines, material orders, and coordination with other trades Perform installations, troubleshooting, inspections, and change order work Maintain documentation Qualifications 5+ years experience in residential electrical, with focus on custom homes and remodels Valid Nevada Drivers License Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with blueprints, codes, and construction software Clean driving record What We Offer Company vehicle + gas card Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities in a dynamic company
