In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure safety compliance, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will drive project success by interpreting technical drawings, managing schedules, and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities Coordinate project scheduling using construction management software such as CompanyCam and Gantt Charts to meet deadlines Oversee quality control measures, ensuring work adheres to industry standards and client expectations Enforce construction safety regulations in accordance with OSHA and federal safety standards across all site activities Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors while maintaining budget controls Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance and proper execution Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on-site Proficiency with construction management software, computer skills, phone skills Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and quality assurance practices Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Skilled in project scheduling, budget management, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate with clients and subcontractors Hands-on experience with construction site operations such as blueprint reading, construction safety management, and schedule coordination Familiarity with tools Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards; relevant licenses or certifications preferred
