Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Drink Maker to join our team. As a Drink Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and snacks to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, and be a willing learner. This is a great job for students and teens!

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages and snacks, including soda, frozen drinks, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drink preparation area
• Follow all health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to create custom drinks based on customer preferences
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive and friendly experience to customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient drink preparation during peak hours
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
