We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team, and if is a good fit, can also apply for the Nurse Manager position to oversee the two facilities clinical needs. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in Residential Mental Health Treatment Center for Adolescents Perform health assessments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patient conditions and vital signs Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Skills:

Experience in behavioral health assessments and interventions Competence in performing medication pass to residents Experience working with pediatric patients Perform intake assessments Ability to provide health coaching and patient education other basic nursing duties as required
