Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role involves managing electrical crews, coordinating project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects on time, within scope, and in accordance with all safety regulations. Duties Supervise and manage electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specifications Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation and troubleshooting activities Coordinate project schedules Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy and compliance with project requirements Manage procurement of materials and equipment Enforce federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and oversee daily safety meetings to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with project managers on construction schedule coordination, progress reporting, and resolving on-site issues Utilize construction safety management practices to minimize risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Skills Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction projects Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics accurately Skilled in project scheduling, construction site safety management, and quality control procedures Familiarity with Ohmmeter usage for electrical testing and troubleshooting Effective communication skills for managerial coordination and supervision of crews Join us as an Electrical Foreman where your expertise will drive the success of complex projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
