- $25•45/hr•DOE We are currently hiring experienced Electrical Foremen with 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, including proven leadership on job sites.
This role is ideal for someone who can lead crews, coordinate with project managers, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and up to code. Job Duties:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate electricians and apprentices on commercial job sites Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members Install, bend, and remove conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.) Install and replace lighting fixtures, panels, transformers, switches, motors, and related equipment Pull electrical wiring through conduit and raceways Terminate electrical panels, fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications Ensure work complies with NEC codes, safety standards, and project requirements Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors Maintain job site safety, productivity, and quality control
Electrical Foreman Requirements:
7+ years of commercial electrical experience Prior experience leading crews or working in a foreman/supervisory role Strong knowledge of current NEC codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings Own tools and PPE (safety gear) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $25
