Job Description
General Summary The Operations Coordinator is responsible for keeping the division organized and assisting team members with special projects throughout the year. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site. Key Responsibilities Receive and organize samples, as well as tracks and follows up with other divisions/vendors on samples
Daily communication with vendors and internal employees amongst several divisions
Administrative work - booking appointments, calendar management, inventory, etc.
Assist planning and execution of events and trade shows
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Specific Job Skills:
Essential duties include Organization and time management skills required
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities effectively
Communicate effectively with team members as well as cross-divisionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partner
Experience with billing, invoicing, and general administrative processes, preferably in manufacturing / warehousing or consumer products
A self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Work in trade shows, shoe shows preferred but not required The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00-$27.00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
