Job Description

Hoti Group is Hiring - Hands-On Construction Foreman Hoti Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman for high-end residential renovation and construction projects throughout New York City and Westchester. We are looking for someone with broad knowledge across all areas of construction. This is not a supervisory-only position. The Foreman must be able to lead the crew, communicate clearly, coordinate trades, solve problems in the field, and work alongside the crew on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily jobsite operations Work hands-on alongside the crew Clearly communicate daily tasks, priorities, and expectations Supervise and coordinate in-house workers and subcontractors Read and understand architectural and construction drawings Perform layout and verify field dimensions Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, carpentry, doors, trim, cabinetry, flooring, painting, tile, and general finish work Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, waterproofing, and other building systems Identify field issues and develop practical solutions Coordinate materials, tools, and deliveries Keep work organized and projects moving according to schedule Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Provide clear daily progress updates to project management
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction experience preferred Broad knowledge of residential construction from demolition through final finishes Strong communication and leadership skills are required Ability to communicate effectively with workers, subcontractors, project managers, architects, and clients Ability to read plans and understand construction details Reliable, accountable, and able to take responsibility for the jobsite OSHA certifications Valid driver's license preferred Full-time position.
Compensation:
Based on experience We are looking for someone who knows construction, communicates well, works with the crew, and is able to work alongside the crew
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
