We are looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead site workers, maintain organized commercial jobsites, and perform framing and drywall work as needed.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Must have Commercial Drywall Carpentry work experience Experience running crews Able to read schematics and blueprints 2+ years Lead foreman experience (4 years is preferred) Overseeing and ensuring all safety rules are adhered and followed Responsible for monitoring field carpenters and their progress Wide knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance and tools Good physical conditions and stamina; and strong communication skills Ability to do lifting and work along crew team Receive, move, and organize project materials Valid NYC SST card

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
